How long does it take to process an order?
We usually ship each order within 3-5 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.
What is Bridal Wedding Concepts policy on returns and replacements?
Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
Should you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department (email when assigned) We will send out a replacement at no charge.
Can I have wedding accessories and gifts personalized?
Bridal Wedding Concepts offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions.

personalized. All sales are final. Should you receive a personalized
item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization
